Payment method, invoice history, subscription status, and cancellation are managed through Stripe Customer Portal after account setup. Founding access is limited to the first 10 qualifying paid dealerships; abandoned Checkout sessions do not qualify. Verified duplicate charges and billing errors can be corrected without suspending an otherwise current paid subscription.

When enrollment opens, Stripe-hosted Checkout will collect payment details and the application will require explicit Terms consent before opening onboarding. Fees are generally non-refundable except for required legal refunds, verified duplicate charges or billing errors, Alignyx-approved written goodwill credits, or signed dealership agreement overrides.
