Use of Alignyx Drive
Alignyx Drive is a dealership sales intelligence platform for authorized teams. Customers are responsible for giving access only to trained users and for using recommendations as decision support, not as a substitute for human judgment.
- Users must follow dealership policy, consumer-protection rules, and signed customer agreements.
- Sales, finance, pricing, delivery, and incentive decisions remain under the dealership operator's control.
- Alignyx Drive may suspend access for abuse, tenant-isolation risk, billing misuse, or security events.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Stripe-hosted Checkout and Customer Portal handle payment collection and card management outside Alignyx Drive.
- Checkout redirects are informational and do not grant access by themselves.
- Entitlements are projected only after verified Stripe webhooks are processed.
- Plan changes, cancellations, refunds, and disputes follow the approved billing and refund policies.
Data and acceptable use
Customers may not upload prohibited data, bypass tenant boundaries, or use the system for unlawful surveillance, discriminatory treatment, or unsupported transactional claims.
